Are there any way to go by sea to Ancona (Italy) from Rijeka or Pula ?? Thank you

Unfortunately they is not. Only connection is from Zadar or Split.

As they all mentioned no there is no boat connection from Pula or Rijeka to Italy but the border crossing is just a few hours by land (Trieste).
Boat lines Zadar or Split go three times a week.
