Sorry, with a population of 60000 and a turn over of over 250000 tourists every day, it will be very hard for you to find a non tourist place to et, just plain statistic. But I can reccomend these fairly cheap and good osterie:

Al Timon, Fondamenta ormesini, 1 euro for a small glass of wine, 1 euro for cicchetti (see on google what they are)
Vecia Carbonera , Strada Nova, same prices
Al Remer, Campiello del Remer, near San Crisostomo Church, on the GranCanal, 4 euros for a drink, free food from 5.30 till 8 pm
