Best beach in Lagos is Meia-Praia (4 km of sand) but also Porto-de-Mós.

well 3 days is a bit short to see everything...but where you stay is not important...you have many nice beaches..meia praia is big and flat...praia batata is cosy and rocky...things to do...too many...dolphin watching with sealife is magical...checking out the center is nice...and for the rest go with the flow :)
