yes ...there are many shops for children wear...in Commercial Market Satellite Town Rawalpindi and Sadar Rawalpindi. There are variety of shops and every quality is available.

clothes..well there are several...A to zee...is well known in Jinnah super market Islamabad and there are scores near to this location.
incidentally this location also has some very nice trinket shops for the international traveler looking for some small gifts to carry back...hope this helps.
