It is very difficult to find a hotel in that area for that price. There are some very nice hotels, but their rates are $300-$500. I have stayed at a "budget" hotel that is about 4 blocks from Moscone. It was the Bay Bridge Inn on Harrison. Not a very good neighborhood, but their rate on Hotels.com is about $85 + tax that would bring you up to $100.....and the parking is free. Are you driving a car in SF...parking at most hotels is $40-$50 per night. Be very careful walking in that area, especially at night.

My best suggestion will be to use priceline. espicaily you dont have a certain hotel name on your mind. go to priceline.com and then name your own price the website will direct how to do everything? . if you have problems using the website you should call thier customer service and they will direct you to use "name your own price" option its a great tool to save money on hotels
