I do not know of any shopping malls in Eastbourne, only local shops. The nearest mall would be at Lower Hutt, about 20 km away.

Hi there, I have lived in Eastbourne for a while and there are no malls. The small shopping area has a few cafes and art galleries as well as your basic stores, library etc. There is also a great cafe and gallery in Days Bay, where a harbour ferry can take you across to Wellington where you can shop till ya drop.
