Hi, I'm glad you will be stayin in Montenegro in summer. As to the transfer from the airport, there are no buses /not from the airport to Montenegro/, so there are two possibilities, to take a taxi /they are usually plenty of them in front of the airport building/ or to arrange somebody to pick you up. we can help you with the transfer to and from Montenegro . In case that you are interested in such a possibility, please contact us at labosta.travel@gmail.com, and let us know your data, flight number and some contact phone number.

Hi Alan,

I caught that flight back to Edinburgh last summer and have the same dilemma every time. At present there is no bus connecting Cilipi airport directly to Montenegro. The only way to get a bus is to catch the Atlas airport bus to Dubrovnik bus station (€5 each way) and from there catch the bus to Montenegro. This bus won't stop at Cilipi airport unfortunately. If this changes before the summer I'll let you know.

Your then left with a choice of a taxi from Dubrovnik airport itself to Montenegro or possibly if your renting an apartment for the dates above the apartment owner should be able to organise a transfer to collect and drop you back to the airport. This would avoid any unnecessary searching the streets of Herceg Novi to find the address of the apartment upon arrival.

Good to see Jet2 still connecting Dubrovnik with Scotland, hopefully you'll get something organised, Dubrovnik and Montenegro are well worth the trip.

Hi Alan,
I am very proud you choose Montenegro as a place to spend your holiday vacation. I would suggest you to arrange somebody or take a taxi, becouse I assume that you don't want to waste your time. Just be aware , becouse taxi drivers do not have a meter, so the amount of airline tickets may be less than the cost of taxi ride from the airport Cilipi-Herceg Novi. If you want some further informations, be free to contact me by e - mail anadjuraskovic86@gmail.com, I would be glad to help you.
Greetings from rainy Herceg Novi

Hi! Since Dubrovnik is in another country till this moment we (Montenegro) don't have a deal with them for regular transport from airport. If you take taxi it will cost you around 50 euros (at least I paid that much last time). I'm not sure that there is any bus you could catch. Other option would be to contact some agency from Herceg-Novi that offers transfers to/from airport Cilipi(Dubrovnik) to Herceg Novi or ask a person or hotel where you will stay if they can pick you up.
hope you will find these informations usefull.
Best regards,
Sanja.
