you are talking about a place which is the north part occupied by Turks? If so I don't think anyone from the Cypriots can help you.

Vretsia is a small Turkish Cypriot village in the Paphos district, very close to Paphos Forest. Paphos Forest offers excellent opportunities for hiking in the luscious green interior of the island.
From Larnaca you go towards Paphos. About 2/3 on the road from Limassol to Paphos (close to the road to Paphos airport) you need to take the road north, to the direction of the village of Pano Panagia. Many km after you pass the village of Amargeti, you need to turn east (find road signs leading to the village of Galataria, and/or Koilineia and/or Vretsia). Vretsia is towards the east past the village of Koilineia.
Enjoy Cyprus.

There is another way. Go from Larnaca to Limassol, find the exit to Troodos (5th roundabout, 4th exit). Pass the village of Platres and turn left towards the village of Prodromos (the road is sign posted). When you reach Prodromos, turn left towards the village of Lemithou. Pass through the villages of Lemithou, Kaminaria and Treis Elies, and drive towards the medieval Kelefos Bridge. When you get to the bridge, cross the river (requires a 4x4 car) and drive towards Vrecha.
