this s an art museum.
I m not really interested museums. But I suggest you to go Dolmabahçe. It s close to Istanbul modern. You may even walk on seaside. Or you can get in a tram or bus or taxi. walk 20 mins at max.

Although there are many art museums in İstanbul,if you have time and if you live visiting then ı can suggest you bests of them.Firstly start your trip from Sakıp Sabancı Museum where you can find and see statues and artists' pictures.then İstanbul Modern Art museum,you will also come across library,photograph gallery,cafe and a shop in there.in Doğançay Museum,you will find many elite and important special pictures.And in İstanbul Picture and Statue Museum,it is possible to see pictures of Picasso, Matisse, Levy, Bonnard.

If you ever make it to The Caribbean, then i suggest you visit all the art galleries as we have various talent within each island. I live on Trinidad& Tobago and i find the people to have some of the best talent that is a secret to the art world.
