There is no regular flight from Guatemala ciudad to Panajachel but you can hire a private helicopter and depending where you are going and how long you are in the here the price can be between $ 700 to $ 1200. Helicopteros de Guatemala is one of the most used company

Helicopters render a private service and charge by the hour. You can hire one to deprart either from Guatemala City or from La Antigua Guatemala. I highly recommend this way of travelling as the landscapes in this country are really breathtaking, with all the magnificent volcanoes and the green of its mountains. Helicopteros de Guatemala is one of the helicopters operators in the country. It costs around US$650/hour and it takes about 30 mins to get there, so in total they would charge 2 hours, 30 minutes to take you there, 30 minutes back, 30 minutes to go pick you up and 30 minutes back to the city.
