The easiest but not the cheapest way is to take a boat taxi to hotel. Other option is to take a bus to Piazzale Roma (last reachable point by bus or car) and further with either taxi or local transporation boat (Vaporetto).

If you are staying close to St Marks then the shuttle boat service is the cheapest via Alilaguna, however not the quickest. Water taxi is certainly fun but expensive.
or the cheapest way is take a land bus from the airport to Pz Roma and then a waterbus

Hi,
the best and fastest way to get to St. Marco from the airport is by boat Alilaguna, Linea Oro, the direct line. There is one trip/hour from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. It will cost you 25 euro, and takes about 50 minutes. If you need more information visit www.alilaguna.it/
If you prefer you can go by taxi, and it would cost you 80-100euros.
