This area is very popular for students so the price for a farang wil be higher, think between 5.000 and 10.000thb per month. You beter rent in the old city a 1 room appartment for 3.000thb.

In Nimman but also the rest of Chiang Mai you can rent a room between THB 1500 - THB 5000 a month. It would be handy if you have a Thai friend to help you because, like already mentioned, they will ++ the rate when a foreigner is involved.

you can findet from 1000 thb to 2500 thb depens of area.i rent bifore 1500 thb a nice rum vhit shover and toalet in rum.

For 4000-5000 baht a month (plus utilities) you can get a decent furnished room with bathroom, aircon and small balcony at Baan Thai, Nimmanhaemin. They have a small pool too!
