I think you'll find it very difficult, almost impossible.
A. You need an international driver's license. B. You won't rent a car withouth paying in advance.

I do not think it is possible to rent a car without credit because rental companies always "freeze" on you account a few hundreds of euros to guarantee possible damages to the car. For the rest I do not understand your question either, please try to rephrase it. But I think you'd better ask directly some of the biggest rental companies operating here like AVIS or BUDGET, EUROPECAR or HERTZ.
