3 Options

Take Bus from airport that leave you in the subway and then get off in Universidad de Santiago station. Then take bus to valparaiso (cheaper option )

Take taxi from airport to Valparaiso

Book a private transfer and enjoy some stop at a winery in Casablanca Valley.

Take the Bus Centropuerto to the Pajaritos subway station, around 3 dollars, or the bus Turbus, around 4 dollars, then take the bus (Turbus or Pullman bus) to Valparaiso, round trip 12 dollars, departures every 10 minutes. Good luck
