Absolutely - there are some amazing golf courses now in Cairo and you can play at 3 different courses and have a couple of days sightseeing as well. The courses are, for the most part, attached to some of Cairo's best 5-star hotels. Courses offer day fees although fees are usually cheaper if you stay at the hotel. Club rental would be possible if you do not bring your own.
