Hi - all the fast food chains are here - Pizza Hut, Subway, KFC etc. etc. - you can get fish and chips lots of places. Cook Door has a wide ranging menu too. If you want traditional foods there are many that are not spiced with chilli from meats , salads, great breads, salads like hummus, meat and vegetable casserole type dishes (with plain rice) in a tomato based sauce not chilli. Really you will have many, many choices.
