Hello! What kind of cooking class would you like to take?
Well here in Peru, in the newspaper (El Comercio) you can find many cooking class ads usually post every weekend. So you can choose which of them you would like to take, usually it longs 1 day or some hours.
The only problem i may find is that most of those classes are in spanish.
Take a look at this link and see if you can contact directly these cooking teachers and see if they can give you a special class. (http://elcomercio.pe/impresa/).
You can visit it the nearest sunday before you come and find the information of classes because there are different according the month and days.

As an example, I have downloaded the newspaper of sunday in pdf and upload it here:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VSBMGKNS
because it just allow register people to download it.
