There are three supermarketchain stores in Pretoria with a wide range of groceries and good prices. They are Pickn Pay; Checkers;Spar. The chains have stores in most of the suburban shopping malls as well as in the city.
Most popular are Pick n Pay and Checkers. Web sites are;

I recommend u do you grocery shopping at one of the malls in Pretoria, its safe and you will be able to get all your gorceries in one spot
