This place might not look like much, and to be frank, it isn't either. Its a good place to start the evening, being the cheapest place in Riga (less than 1 EUR for a beer), but it is awfully overcrowded in the evenings! Expect no seating, and make sure to sharpen your elbows before visiting! Staff is very foreigner-friendly, and most of the visitors are latvian and foreign students, and non-student foreigners as well. I recommend this place for some quick beers to get the evening started, or to come early in order to get a table (in which case you can stay for a longer time)
