is a family place where visitors can see and is very good and nice as there is a direct SCHOTT withthe people who work there and so can spend a very pleasant time there are a variety of restaurants on site.
also have different places like seafood stalls where people can go to buy fresh produce puestode of vegetables, etc.

This is the Most tipical place of de the food in Santiago. You can go with the family, friends or like a tourist free. The special of this places is that here arrive all the shelfish and fiches of the country. This place show a lot of our culture, the atmosphere is very friendly, the prices are not expensives..
It is very common going to eat in this place then the new year, arrive people around the all world fun!!

One of the best places that turists have to visit here in Chile is The "Mercado Central" this place is well known by their sea food and it is located in the center of the City. In this place visitors can go and spend some nice time trying seafood, Chilean tipical food among others, If you go there you can also buy some souvenirs made in Chile. So don't miss this opportunity to know a tipical place in Chile.

Visiting and eating at the Mercado Central is an essential experience for all. I've been a number of times and Don Augusto is definitely the best restaurant in the complex. A great place to also pick up some fresh fruit and veggies.
