Ololua Nature Trail
Now this is the reason why Traveling Kenya readers are the best! A few days after releasing the third issue of the newsletter, we received an email that suggested a place to visit.
Having an ‘Out of Africa’ theme, the 3rd issue took us to the Karen Blixen Museum in Karen, Nairobi. Little did we know that just a short distance from the museum, was one of the most beautiful nature trails in Kenya; The Ololua Nature Trail.
Located within the Institute of Primate Research grounds, the trail’s beauty will definitely take you by surprise. With affordable entry rates, you are bound to get value for your time and money.
For the adventure seeker, the confusing meandering foot paths are a dream come true. Likewise, a group can also have fun together with outdoor seating spaces cleverly built to blend into the environment.
It is quite a refreshing place that will rejuvenate your mind and refresh your body.
Besides... it has a natural waterfall from the Mbagathi River!
