A hidden GEM !! Hardly any tourists find their way to this wonderful Victorian ravine. Listen to the sounds and enjoy the smells in this multi-story hot house; watch the fish or listen to the frogs. Have you ever seen palm trees or bananas from above? Some of the plants are well over a hundred years old. This place is hidden between the Ulster Museum and the Palm House; follow the signs in Belfast's Botanic Gardens. Afterwards, enjoy a 'cuppa' or some lunch at the Ulster Museum's newly opened cafe, the outside part of it is right opposite the entrance to the Tropical Ravine.
