The botanical garden is located within the Austral University of Chile, on the banks of the Rio Calle Calle. It is characterized by a variety of species, some are native and others are foreign. It was created in 1955 by initiative of the first rector of the university. It has about 950 species

it´s a really beautifull place to take a walk and relax, you can have picnic, play futball or any thing without destroing the enviorment. you can also go to make exercises, and play any sports, dog walking, it´s very save, the university counts with an internal security people for any problem

its in Austral University. here you can come to walk, ride a bike or just have a nap under the trees. its really beautiful.
people usually come here to run, or do some sport, walk with the family and play some games like frisbee or soccer
