a must experience place for people who are new in the city. almost everything that you can think of buying would be available here. it sells all the native products and 'pasalubong'. has the cheapest fish and seashells in town and has lots of variety. do not buy though vegetables and fruits here as they tend to be quite expensive compared to Libertad Market. this is the place to go if you like to buy dried fish like danggit and pusit, buy some 'batik' cloths and products. the place to go also for cheap 'ukay-ukay' ;_)
It is a place to go where you can find cheap locally made good and is less expensive than the malls or the other souvenir places. The quality is limited but there is always something of interest you could pick up. Also available, as in any public market that is patronized by the local people, you can find food delicacies, bags and clothing apparel at very good prices. Markets are always a place to mingle with local people. I would say its a must.
