The newer complex is called Bangsar Village II, good restaurants and cafes. Ideal to just chill and have some food and drinks. Around the area there are other bars, cafes & restaurant to pick from. More info on this place can be found on their website. Frequented by expats.

this place is located in one of the more up-market residential areas in greater KL. therefore expect to spend unnecessary money for food, clothes etc. basically a shopping mall catering to high-income expats living in the area. over-rated and not worth the extra taxi-fare just to get here

Bangsar Village is the latest addition to the infamous Telawi area of Bangsar. It is into two different sections. The first phase opened a while back and houses mostly food outlets and a quaint grocery shop called the Village Grocer. When it comes to shopping, it is Bangsar Village II that you would be more interested in.
Bangsar Village II (sometimes known as BVII) is a boutique shopping center that is targeted at those of the “upper class”.It is designed for the fashionable and the rich. Its location in one of the trendiest area’s in KL makes it convenient for both locals and tourists alike.
BVII promises the ultimate shopping experience for the trendy fashionistas with the latest in couture offering everything to from contemporary, retro, young and hip.
BVII also provides the perfect ambiance for a Sunday Brunch “sex and the city” style. Restaurants and cafes are carefully selected to suit the upper class and chic theme to suit for everything whether you are entertaining clients or just hanging out with the girls.
BVII provides a full range of services for its visitors. A concierge is available to manage your shopping bags and a valet is available to handle your parking problems.
A few boutiques at BVII:
Dude & Duchess (www.dudeandtheduchess.com)
Massimo Dutti
Ted Baker
Zara Women
Cuffz (www.cuffz.com.sg)
Bread & Butter (www.breadandbutter.com)

Bangsar is also a cool place to hang out, good food and get to meet with lots of people of different kind. Bars, lounges and dining outlets are so selective. Not only that, walking distance to all the boutiques where unique clothings can be purchased.
