Hi, do you mean in Lima?
Miraflores is the main commercial district with malls on almost every street. Larco Mar is one of the most popular malls, top end stores can be found at Conquistadores in San Isidro and Jockey Plaza in Surco is also popular for shopping. Look out for Bagus, in Miraflores, which might be well suited to your needs.
Enjoy!

I am very happy to know that someone so young like you visit my country and decided to buy clothes here.

First of all , you can begin in the main square in the Historical Center of Lima because around there you can find a lot of malls, boutiques and stores. For example behind the Cathedral there is a mall called "Virrey de Santa Fé" .Second, in one of the corner of the main square you will find a walking pass called "Jirón de la Unión" it is safe, they are aproximaly 10 blocks of stores, malls, boutiques, etc.where you would buy clothes, shoes, etc.

Finally , there is a mall aproximaly two blocks of distance from the main square called "Galeria Santo Domingo" it is located on the corner of Cámana and Conde de Superunda streets the characteristic of this place is that you can find modern clothes with ethnic influence, jewerly, and souvenirs at the same place with reasonable prices.
Note:
Do not be afraid, all this zone is safe for a teenager like you, but remember most of them are open to 9pm .

Look mate....... 16 years old right? my personal experience and after traveling in more than 120 countries around the globe and my best advice would be to visit GAMARRA and anybody can bring you ther or take you there they are places to buy with no limits the amount of clothing are endless besides whatever you buy and in most of the places around the world it comes from there ... for my own surprise I do remeber once to buy an Armani T in Miami and I did pay 135 US and in my first time washing I did realize that was made in Peru.......... mate you'll have only problem and is the language barrier...... but lots of fun! another tip is that you should go in group no less than 4 at least.

There are malls in Lima where you can find store (boutiques), with international designers clothes, Jockey Plaza Plaza San Miguel, Larco Mar etc. . You can also find small store of self designers at Miraflores and San Isidro i.e. and if you want to take the risk there are an area of Lima call Gamarra, where you can find low prices of exporting cloth, tha same cloth who is selled in USA and Europe, but without label.

Depending on where you are staying there is a mall close by.
If you are in Miraflores, go to LarcoMar for a general idea, they´ve got good stores but not so many. You can also walk through the Larco Ave. that has loots of stores, from shoes to purses and dresses, the two main department stores (Saga and Ripley) are around the Larco Ave. you wont have any problem finding them. Good marks to look for in these stores are KIDS, Emporium, DOO Aust. Topy Top. They really good clothes for teenagers (Abercrombie&Finch style, but cheaper). If you want more stores, you can go to Jockey Plaza (another Mall) or Plaza San Miguel. Good Luck!! Enjoy your shopping!!
