Answers

Well, it's hard to answer without knowing more specific about your interest. Many things can be done in a big city like Tokyo. If you are looking for some unique culture and electronics goods, Akihabara is the place you want to visit.
For wold heritage or old Japanese temples and shrines, you should pay a visit to Niko or Kamakura.
Fashion? Shibuya, ....
Night life, Roppongi, Shinjuku,......
Since 2 weeks is long, perhaps you can take a weekend trip to another city like Kyoto, Nara, etc. to get a different feel. During the weekdays, you can take a day trip to Kamakura and Yokohama, Mt. Fuji, Nikko, etc.
Tokyo has many places of interest. It would depend on what you are interested in.
As TY Wong has said, it is hard without being given some sepcifics about what you'd actually like to do.

Tokyo is a big city and big modern cities accomodate for a lot of people's specific needs.

other than what is already mentioned... I guess the basic tourist areas like Asakusa and Odaiba is pretty good. Asakusa is the old Japan remade with a huge shrine and lots of trinckets shopping. Odaiba is a more modern place with a huge mall, cinema, event space and close to sea so it's just nice to see.

If you're rich... Ginza might be worth a walk and shopping.

Tsukiji is great if you love sushi and sashimi. It is the location of the fish market so you get a variety quick, fresh and good.
There are a lot interesting places in Tokyo and around.
I can recomend Zozoji the Takugawa family temple, Hie jinjya as a very
nice and different sinto shrine.
Nippori area for old down town walk.
Kamakura and Yokohama are very good for one day trips.

Stay a night on Mikura Island and go swimming with the wild dolphins there!
