Answers

IF you come just to Lima and Macchu Picchu it is not necesary. Only when you go to the jungle region is important vaccination against yellow Fever
Is not necesary if you come like a tourist. But if you want to have a safe travel is better you implement a flu vaccine for the varied climates and have on hand for motion sickness pills. Enjoy Peru!
YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THAT IN YOUR CITY OR REGION WHERE YOU LIVE. MALARIA PILLS ARE TAKEN IF YOU GO TO REMOTE SITES IN THE JUNGLE AS WELL AS YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION.

All good advice so far. I live in Tarapoto, it is essentially in the jungle, but here in town the immunizations are not necessary. You only need them if you are trekking in the rural areas. Have fun and don't worry, all is good in Peru!!!
As others already told you, that all depends where in Peru are you planning to go. But I found here a link that I believe will be of a great help, with great advices and a MAP for Yellow fever-endemic zones and other diseases in the Americas:

But after all, I recommend you just to be informed and careful, not to be scared or to stress out about it, and enjoy Peru as natural and beautyful as it can be. Let me know if you need any extra information or help about anything. Take care, and good luck. Paul.
If you are thinking to go to the Peruvian jungle it will be a good option to take the yellow fever vaccination other ways there´s not need to get one.
have a great time in Peru!!!
Actually, it depends where are u planing to travel here..
It´s not necessary but if you want to be safe, you can use a shoot against the yellow fever in case that you want to go to Bolivia (because a lot of people when they´re in Puno want to go to Bolivia because it´s close but if they doesn´t have this shoot they´re not be able) and remember the shoot has to be 7 days before that you get in risk zone)

Hi. It depends on where and how are you travelling. If you are planning to visit the rainforest and do some trekking through it, I will advice to take a shot for yellow fever and have malaria pills, though if you are just staying on urban areas that won't be necessary even in the rainforest. On the andes you will just have to care for colds and altitude sickness (called soroche locally) but being a vascular problem, it goes away as a hangover, and will never come if you're careful enough to take it quietly when arriving to the mountains and let your body adapt. On the coast there are not much sicknesses, just be careful with drinking water and eating only on fine places, most tourists that eat anywhere or drink tap water have bad times :-)
ONly Yellow fever for the Amazon !!
just for the yellow fever if you are going to the jungle.

If you are planning to come to Peru find some suggestions on our web site

best regards,

Jose Antonio
Here are the recommended shots: Hepatitis A; Typhoid; Yellow fever; Hepatitis B; Rabies; Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR); Tetanus-diphtheria. Anti-malarial medecine is also recomended for most regions in Peru, except for Lima and coastal region and Cusco and the highlands. Good luck.

Visitors to the jungle need yellow fever shots. All the rest in the country needs nothing.
