"To import your pets (e.g. dogs, cats, ornamental birds, rabbits, guinea pigs etc), you must first obtain an import permit from the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) within 30 days prior to the date of arrival." -From: AVA Singapore website.

If you are coming for a short trip, I think you may not be allowed to bring pets in.
Most airlines do not allow pets on the planes with their owners unless they are exceptionally small (for e.g. in the EU tiny toy dogs with a Pet Passport are allowed on), but most leading airlines offer pet shipping via cargo (actually, this is the normal procedure). Pets are usually shipped in the same compartments as baggage, mail and other cargo.

You must check with the local pet courier in your location for animal transport services. They will be able to advise you better since they will know which airlines offers what and at what price.

When you get here you will have to leave your pet in quarantine for 30 days minimum so it is also best to book the space in advance.
