Answers

Place an offer on for a "lift" with a km fee. Pickup point at Central station or wherever you so choose and start with a 1km=0,05 eurocent rate.
Its abt 485 km to Paris Central. ATB and good luck...;)
I think the cheapest way is to take a bus, like Eurolins (see their website),
The bus will probably be the cheapest way, but if you book in advance, the Thalys (train) can be a very nice and comfortable way to travel. It'll bring you to Amsterdam in just a few hours.
Yes Eurolines will probably be the cheapest way () other wise check this website () for international train tickets, sometimes they have offers which are very good.
You could take a bus for about 70 Euro but by far the easiest, fastest and best way is to take the train. The Thalys high-speed train will take you there in about 3 hours for about 80 Euro one way. Go on the website and choose English language for true rates.
Hey! i went to paris from Amsterdam by train through Brussels( 94 euros)- about 3,5 hours.( ticket bought two months in advance)it was the cheapest ticket, but very comfortable and fast comparing with bus. can take a bus( it's cheaper) but it'll take more hours to go. i recommend to check bus first and then a train hispeed.nl
if you want your comfort lending a car would be slidly more expnsive +-150 but gives you all the benevites and there are posibileties too leave your car at paris

Cheapest is by Eurolines - . Check them out :-)
If you book ahead the hi-speed train has some good deals and it's good for the environment. See for prices.
