Hello, Ma'am Suzette! I'm sure your query was intended for someone else, but I got curious and looked up your destination. There is a site on Caramoan, maintained by the location's travel guide: . It shows descriptions and rates but not particularly the details you are asking. You can contact the blogger and ask. Have a great week ahead!

Thank you for exploring the Philippines!
Thank you! =)
Hi Suzette,
Here are the answers to your queries:
1) Naga to Sabang (or Talisay Port) - by Jeep or Van ( from Naga Central terminal) is usually Php40.00 - 50.00
2) If you have a car or van, please see a barangay official in Sabang (or Talisay)port to arrange for a safe parking.
3) Motor boat is usually Php70.00 - 80.00
4) The island-hopping boat rental is usually only Php1,500.00 per day with maximum of ten passengers per boat iregardless of how many islands. But you can haggle for the price as is the usual local practice.

Important reminders:

a) There are no resorts near the beach so it would be a backpack camping gear if you stay overnight.

b) Bring first-aid kits as there are no hospitals and clinics accessible.

c) A public market is located at the Caramoan Centro where you can buy your food and other necessities. But the best option is buy all your stuff from home, if you can, as prices will be much cheaper.

d) Bring enough drinking water as there are no available drinking water in the location. This is a must!

e) The usual practice is to visit the Punong Baranggay first and introduce yourselves so that you can arrange for other necessities.

f) You may also visit the Municipal Planning Office located in the Municipal Building for other information you may need.

g) Keep your valuables safe.

Happy Trip!
Thank you for the information. Really appreciated. :)
Well Zara, First of all, welcome to Mindoro Oriental.Prices I'm not sure of, but if you come to Talisay, you can hop a jeepney from there to Puerto Galera, and thence to your destination. The road used to be extremely bad to Puerto Galera, but recently it has been concreted, except for about 300m, so your journey is reduced by a considerable margin, and there are good views to see en route. If you come by private transport, you can leave your vehicle at Batangas, and arrange for security, or, more safely, go on the ro-r to Talisay, and leave your vehicle there, it's much more secure. However, bear in mind the ro-ro trip takes about 2-21/2 hours dependiong on sea conditions. You could travel by Supercat which takes about 45-1hour, but the prices are higher. They vary with the times, but are comfortable, and quicker than the ro-ro. I hope you enjoy your stay here in Mindoro. Phil
