i went to machu picchu in november myself. last year. the rain season in the mountains starts early december, so if u get there early to mid november you should be greeted by sunny skies. i would suggest that from november until march is the best part of the year to visit most of peru, as it is summer and the weather, especially in lima and on the northern beaches, is a lot nicer.

There are pluses and minuses to travelling to Machu Picchu in November. 1) It's not the high touristy season, so less crowded. 2) It's our austral spring: pleasant weather. 3) But it´s also the beginning of rains and that might be a drag if you plan to hike. Good luck.
November is a good time to visit MP. Its the early rain season, expect some cloudy afternoons and perhaps some light showers
Hello and welcome to Peru, specialy welcome to my city Cusco.
if you want to do an inka trail, is really hard because often is raining in november , but if you will take the train it will be better.
Raining season started usually in november , but the last year started in december , so depend how lucky you are because in whole the world the weather are CHANGING.

But i guess,,,, almost 80% that you will have great days, shyning, clear, not cloudy because if there will be cloudy you wont see mapi,,, (machupicchu).
But take the risk, is amazing place ther full of positive energy, dont forget your swimming suit because there is a spring water...lovely and ..warm.
you will love it.
good luck and come here and enjoy it.

bye
November is a wonderful time to go visit Cusco. I was in Cusco last November and, save for a couple of showers,it was great for me.

By November the busy tourist season is over already but you still have good weather; it's a good time 4 coming to Peru
if you visit on early december it will be just fine, the only problem with Machu Picchu is the rainy season, which goes from late november or mid-december through march, though I've tried visiting during the rainy season and it's a breathtaking sight and experience anyway

Hi! Im living in Machu Picchu and I think that its a very good idea to came on november, but it will be a better idea to stay here for 2 nights, so that you can enjoy the wonderings of this beautiful town.
Early november is good. Rain time is from december to march. Good luck!
november is good to visit machupicchu, this season is not the best time but the weather is sunny in the morning and sometimes with rain, wind in night, the best time to go to machu picchu is from may to august all days are clearly and beautifull view
NOvember is just an excellent month to go to the region of Cusco. It's green, the rains are not too heavy and frequent, the weather is warm (not like june, july and august, just freezing !!!) and there will not be a lot of people in Machu Picchu. Good choice, congratulations !!! For me november is the best month of the year.
yeah going to MP in november could be nice,if u dont stay too long over there (till december when rain starts)anyway, u have to be careful, cause we experimented big differences in our weather this year and the last year (cause global warming.....so we got rain when we werent suppose to). Just try to keep yourself up to date with our weather report and enjoy Cuzco!!!
