I think it is in Chapada dos Guimarães in Mato Grosso State.
You would be referring to the waterfall Veu das noivas which is indeed located in the state park of Chapada dos Guimaraes but is not the highest or longest in Brazil.
There are some canyions in the South of Brazil.

The highest waterfall in Brazil is rumored to be Cachoeira da Fumaça in the state of Bahia, but many say that there is a higher waterfall in the Amazon that was recently discovered. Cachoeira da Fumaça is located in Chapada Diamantina which is considred to be one of the best places in the world for adventurers due to it´s hundreds of caves and waterfalls, it is more than 1000 feet long but at some times of the year it can be found completely dry.
From which side of the border Angel Falls in located?

We have so many waterfalls, I think Mount Roraima must have some!
the highest is Aracá located inside Parque Estadual do Aracá in Barcelos - Amazon the waterfall has 365 meters of free fall .
