Can you please specify your question somehow?
I have not heard of this in Portugal but in Ayrshire in Scotland there is a hill that, due to an optical illusion, appears to make your car run backwards up the hill.
Hi,
I think you're talking about Braga. It's a city in the north of Portugal. This "phenomenon" happens on a hill of the Bom Jesus Sancturay. It's a really nice place with a fantastic view.
My mate nelson knows exactly. It is in Serra de Gardunha, south side of the Serra de Estrela, in Central Portugal. Nearest main city is Castelo Branco. Apparently there is a massive magnetic field that is strong enough to pull your car up a hill. Also in the area several local people have reported ufo sightings hmmmm
There are several places in Portugal where that phenomenon occurs. The place I know best is in the road that goes from Cascais to Sintra following the coast line. It’s a mile or so before the intersection to Cabo da Roca, in a small but eye naked climb. I did the experience already and it went pretty cool. I turned off the car and came out of it, the dame thing started to move upward almost immediately.
The only one I know of is the one Isabel Lopes mentioned. Saw clip on youtube :)

As far as I know are several. The one I'v tried is the one just before Cabo-da-Roca on the mountain road from Cascais to Sintra. My motorbike just went up the hill by herself. Quite strange but nice:)
