I am coming to sweden this july and wondering if there anything interesting to see or do during this time? Thanks :)

Country: Sweden

Yes, but it's a big country so it's easier to give tips if I know where you're coming to. Stockholm perhaps? There's always loads going on there with boat trips into the archipelago, the jazz festival (with not only jazz) and other things. Stockholm has five UNESCO World Heritage things such as the Birka Viking town with archaelogical digs, and Drottningholm Palace. My own favourites are otherwise various boat trips but also the City Hall (where the Nobel banquet takes place - not the price ceremony though) and where you can get up the tower for a marvellous view! I also like the Vasa ship museum with a 17th century ship wreck.
The west coast of Sweden is also nice with lots of islands, and the north is exotic with reindeer and stuff. The island of Gotland is also one of my favourites with the city of Visby and great scenery,
