Hi John,Ghana is a very wonderful place to visit, talking about the beaches i will say visit the La pleasure beach, Bojo beach, white sand beach, Busuia beach resort, Elmin beach resort. Then places of interest, inzulenzu in the Western region, here you are going to see a whole village living on a lake, cacum national park, mole national park, the Kwame Nkrumah mausoleum, the monkey sanctuary in the eastern region, where monkeys and humans live together. since you will not be staying for long, these are enough for the time being. All these places i have listed also have good restaurants as well.Let me know when you are coming so i can schedule to take you around all these places.Best regards
DENNIS.

To begin with Ghana is a great place to be in. There are a lot of tourists destinations to see. There is no shortage of things to do and see in Ghana. From history to art to culture to the outdoors, Ghana attractions are plentifu. There are great historic monuments, sight seeing tours, outdoor activities, cultural activities, clubbing and great food and wine.

Ghana's castles and forts offer concrete testimony to the drama of human history. For beaches to visit in Ghana, there are several of them. There is the Labadi Pleasure Beach (Accra) It serves as Accra's main public beach with shower and changing room facilities and catering services. There is also the Kokrobrite beach, which is a beautiful sprawling beach with a dramatic backdrop of hills. It is a favourite of tourists because of its serene atmosphere and its almost secluded nature.
There are very good and affordable hotels to lodge among which are: The Labadi Beach here in Accra, where you can lodge and view the beauty of the beach. There are also very beautiful and fantastic hotels such as Golden Tulip Accra, The Novotel Accra City Centre is a 4 star hotel ideal for a holiday or business trip to Accra, The La Palm Royal Beach Hotel is a superior deluxe, chalet property located on 30 acres of lush greenery on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, With a unique atmosphere of refined tranquility, coupled with its particularly serene setting, Fiesta Royale Hotel is a cut above other luxury hotels in Ghana, We also have the La Pleasure Beach Hotel, which is conveniently situated opposite the International Trade Fair Centre and adjacent to the popular La Pleasure Beach, the Hotel is only a 10 minuteS drive from Kotoka International Airport and 15 minutes from the Central Business District of downtown Accra. There are a lot more beautiful hotels here in Ghana.
As for very good restaurants let me mention a few, we have the JOKERS restaurant: Located on the Labadi road.Fast food, resturant and bar with a good crowd on most days.Popular with Pool shooters and caters to a very mixed crowd. Another fantastic restaurant is DON'S PLACE: Located in Osu.It has jazz bar with a good crowd on most evenings where you can listen to some good morden jazz. Boasts of the best grilled chicken in Accra. These are just a few of the very good restaurants in Ghana. There are a bunch of other very good restaurants in Ghana. I hope that you enjoy your stay in Ghana on your visit. Thanks
