Lake Nakuru national park in Nakuru is ideal. Looking at the flamingos and other wildlife rhinos included then spent the night at sarova lion hill, lake Nakuru lodge or if you the occassion to be memorable stay at naishi guest house inside the park.if require modest accommondation in town several to choose from, merica, bontana, kunate etc.oldonyo sabuk toward thuja is another place.
Please, have a drive to Lake Naivasha and also visit the Hell's Gate National park before heading to lake Nakuru National park then back to Nairobi. you can stay overnight at any of the lodges since it is cheap at the moment- low season period.
Just before the Masai Lodge (which is off Magadi Road towards Nazaren University (don't turn off to Uni) head straight about 8Kms there's a beautiful exclusive hotel built on a cliff with a swinging bridge of about 100 meters called Rolf Place its a hotel with seven rooms - beautiful to your taste - candles, flowers etc) If you've never been there its a place to take someone you care for, they will really like it for a nice romantic weekend getaway. Hope this is Helpful
