Hello Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your enquiry; I'd love to make arrangements as you would like: there are nice villas at the coastal town of Kilifi that will definitely meet your dreams. A host of excursions and parties (or just tours) can be arranged for you to meet and know the local and international people here in Kenya (anywhere you would wish). If you have any preferences, like which part of Kenya you would be most interested in, I will give you appropriate and specific information. Many thanks and welcome to Kenya, the beautiful African country. Michael.

Hi Han Van,
The best place to stay, with a lot of kindness, love and care is Suba District in the Western Kenya close to lake Victoria. Come, meet and stay with people of Suba, a small tribe in Kenya. Come experience the fishing activities, farming systems, foods of the locals, if you are a student or scientist or interested in insects...the area has big diversity of insects, birds. The area is also close to the game reserve with different game animals. Come experience the heart of different indiginous churches in Kenya. We have beautiful scenes of sun set in the evening. You would also have beautiful hill picknicks.
You can stay in any home without any problem...adaption in the community is as easy as one would go to a church and it would give you the best you would want from Africa.
You are welcomed.
Peter Ongele.
Hi Peter,

Thank you for your reply.

I am living in Malindi and just wanted to see if this works...it does !!

But for ideas for different types of safaris, including voluntourism, check out our website:

Cheers

Grace a.k.a Mi
and by Steve, clearly I mean Han. Clearly.
....keep your mind open, this is an interesting way of knowing places and prices without struggling...then one can plan to be there or not. That's all. Actually, am not looking for anyone, not in the way somepeople here seem to imply.
In Nakuru, there are so many private homes and villas where you can enjoy utmost comfort, calm and privacy, away from city/town hustle. Kindly contact me for more information

Dear Han,

Hope Malindi is treating you well, I was there over the weekend wish i had read your mail earlier, we could have met and discussed your trip in detail, your question is very open as you have not pinpointed where exactly you want to go, as you have realised by now Kenya is very diverse in it's culture it would take a very long time to exhaust the way of life in every community, anyway, let us all as localytes assist you in your quest to find out more about this great nation, check out all our offers and take your pick, our staff members are very familiar with East Africa and are ready to take you there anytime. my cellphone no: 0723054455 or email:

Hi Hans,

Welcome to localyte, am relatively new as well and witness to how fast the word spreads.
Hi Han Van Schooneveld,
Am also new to this site as well n glad to know that it really works and am glad you are part of it and you do run ur own tour business around am sure we could all work together and benefit from this. Kenya is beautiful, with lots of private villas and private homes as well, if u realy want that country feel. if you would want more info on the prices please do feel free to ask. Leon
Hi Hans, you're proabaly looking for a paying guest type accomodation. I have preferred living in an apartment in a complex. You have your privacy when you need and that also allows you to socialise as much. Good luck.
Collin.
I would want you to experience the different ways of life of our people. The hospitality in Kenya is unmatched. We have cultural villages in virtually every corner of our country. Bomas of kenya being one of them. I am able to organise homestays in the coastal regions, very famous for private villas. The rift valley as well as the cenral parts of kenya provides a perfect opportunity to mingle with the local people
Hi There, the easiest way to get you accustomed to our culture is to sculpture you a nice cultural Safari. The city itself-Nairobi has several vintage places that you could sample in a nutshell what our culture entails. There are several villas at your disposal for your sampling, mostly at the Coast where you get to meet great people, culture and environment. The height of this all would be a visit the great Masai Mara, a trip you will leave to remember as it includes a visit to Masai Manyatta, the traditional homesteads of the legendary Maasai People. Drop me a mail with your specifications and i get you a great Safari. Thank you.
Hi Van Han?
Kenya been a good and beautiful Country, with different kinds of cultures and people. It is very easy to adapt and live happily among the locals, First I would suggest you visit Mt Kenya Camping and country club. there you will be able to get a private villa plus the environment is not polluted. See the mountain top, Second, Malindi is the best if you want to have a feeling of the coastal town, the sea and the spectacular tourist site Man you will like it. The villas are just made to suit your taste and you will have this feeling of belonging, in coastal town we have very good accommodative local people, like the Taita, mijikenda, Waswahili, Giriama, to but just few. Welcome home Sir. Feel free to talk to me I will show you around the Cities. Nairobi is best if you wanna visit the Museum, site seeing, National park and lots of good places to visit.
Hi Han,
Not a quick reply from me, but some people are on the road and outside the network during their safaris ;-)
In any case, I just joined Localyte, so could not answer any sooner.
I was wondering: are you originally Dutch or Belgian?
Kwaheri!
Contact Langata Link. Google it and you will find the website. They manage and sell lots of private homes and villas all over the country
