hi mr.mstcousu

you can travel from cairo to jordan then to Syria and lebanon then come back to Syria and then to turkey all by bus.
As Mr. Maged has replied , you can travel with Bus , no trains between the regions .
Make sure you get each country Visa in advance to avoid any problem on the borders
first of all, you have to make sure that you have all the required visas from your country, then from Egypt,Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria and turkey there are buses , from Egypt to lybia, Tunisia, Algeria, morocco there are buses, bien venido al munco arabe
you can travel from Egypt jerusalem .beirut by bus or train but i think it will be hard on you to travel to turkey using train or bus you will need a plane in this case and dont forget to get visa of each country to avoid facing any problems
Better by bus, you can buy Turkish visa at the border, check with the embassy for every country you are going to
Hello,
First of all you have to arrange your visit to the middle east by schuduling the countries you like in order. Then contact the embassies of those countries asking for thier visas mentioning the approximate dates of arrival to each country (we can help in this). let us know
Hi,You can travel from all this Countries by the bus and don't forget to get the Visas of each Countries.
My collegues gave u good advices and all of them are right because all countries in the Mid.East are close to each others so the bus is the easiest mean to transport between those countries.
Wish you can enjoy ur tour in the Mid.East especially in Egypt and u r welcome any time.

First, I would like to clarify - please accept my apologies in advance if you already know this: Cairo is the capital of Egypt, Beirut the capital of Lebanon, and Istanbul the capital of Turkey. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, and Tel Aviv is of course also in Israel.
So, you are basically asking whether you can visit: Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey and Israel in a single trip, and can it be done without flying.
Well, as far as visiting Egypt, Lebanon and Turkey - I will bow to the superior knowledge of those who have already answered.
With respect to visiting Israel: You can travel between Israel and Egypt by bus and taxi (or you can fly), and you can travel between Israel and Turkey (flying only). There is no way to travel directly between Israel and Lebanon, and the best way is probably via Jordan (which can also be done by bus and taxi).
Whichever route you take, go to Israel before Lebanon, and when you enter Israel, ask the border control staff to NOT stamp your passport (also when you leave Israel). If they do stamp your passport, you may not be allowed into Lebanon.
Personally, I would stick to buses and taxis between Egypt, Israel and Lebanon, and would fly to Turkey - it's so quick to fly, and will take a long long time by bus.
My prefered route, if I was you, would be: Start with Egypt, then Israel, then round trip flight to Turkey (from Israel), then Lebanon, via Jordan.
i also would like to add that some Arabic countries would not grant you the visa if you have the visa of Israel on your passport(among them; Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE and may be turkey) please bear that in mind, bienvenido al mundo arabe, hay amidtad fuerte dentro los arabes y los latinos
