Hello,
I am in Fes so quite far from the sea. There are some schools in the south of Morocco. Will try to find this week end as I'll be in marrakech in a tourism fair.
I'll come back later with more informations.
If you Google for surf schools in ESSAOUIRA and OUALIDIA you should have some luck. Essaouira is VERY windy, whilst Oualidia is more tranquil for beginners with a most spectacular lagune and some great restaurants.
welcom te morocco and for surf is not in wer iam iam from sahara desert and f u mek plane te go te saouth morocco 1000 welcom
hey everybody ,replying on the last post, i think the best way is to surf in essaouira, why, because you have the chance to surf and relax on he beach, the swell is big enough now, and the waves are goood, and during the night you can enjoy walking on the medina , eat the traditional foods, and walk between the old walls of the medina, se the harbour, taste the fish, enjoy the souks , a lot of things, we are a local kitesurf and surfing school, and we arrange a lot of things for our clients, from transfer aeroport, to nice accomodation, from private appartment to luxury riads, we arange different adventures, from quad biking, horse riding, and triping excursion to the different spots, we make sure that our that our guest will spend a nice stay, for more information about prices about the accomodation, sufing and any information, please contact on this email: have a good day every one

I have a friend from Britain, she owns 2 beautifull Riads in the Medina of Essaouira. many of the surfers stayed there. a married Moroccan lady is taking care of the Riad so she can teach you anything Moroccan cooking and we will help you about the culture. I have also a friend from France running a a beautifull charming nice Riad in the Medina of Marrakech I am a Guide from Marrakech but I can move anywhere in the country. so it's up to you and what you want. A BIG and WARM welcome to the country of wander. Mehdi
you can find some in the countryside of Casablanca.. "Dar Bouazza" or around "Taghazout" Agadir
The best surfing is around Taghazout, about 20 kms north of Agadir. There are several surf schools and holiday bases, the best in my opinion is Surf Berbere. English owned and run with many years local knowledge, the best bet is to check out their website, . They do some all inclusive packages, but both easyjet and Ryanair are flying twice a week to Agadir, from Gatwick, or Stansted and Liverpool. Essaouira is further up the coast and is famed for its wind surfing and kite surfing and is known as the Windy City, so not best for straight surfing!
Let me know how you get on, you will find all the information and prices on the website, good luck!
Tim
