Is there a nice place to have breakfast near John wayne airport/south coast plaza?

City: Anaheim

State: California

Country: United States

It depends on the direction that you are going so you could also go up to the Irvive Sepectrum Center About 4 miles past South Coast Plaza you have Jonney rockets to $ to $$$$ food stuff there.

The short jaunt up Campus/University Ave. toward UCI. There is an outdoor foodcourt of sorts that offers,
among many others, a boba tea house that young ones would have a lot of fun at. There are vegetarian and meat dishes
alike along with a playful menu of tea-based drinks. Even late into the night the place is hopping with student life.

If you're looking for something a bit more upscale, you can head to South Coast Plaza, a few exits northbound from
the airport on the 405 freeway. There are many restaurants ranging from casual (a Southwestern restaurant) to high-end (Florent's Marche Moderne). You could get there by taxi within 10 - 15 minutes from John Wayne.
There are too many to mention, try South Coast Plaza

Hi Dina,

My friend Jill at the airport recommends The Country Inn & Suites (see below). If your friend is willing to come a few miles further south, there is a wonderful place right across from U.C. Irvine in University Village called Brittas Café; small, quiet, intimate with inside and outside dining. It is a bit pricey compared to the run-of-the-mill coffee shop breakfasts but excellent food. Here is a link for the location:

4237 Campus Dr. B-165, Irvine. Park on the side of the complex that has the movie theatre and Trader Joe's and it is right at the main entrance to the inner mall.

The Country Inn and Suites on Bristol near RedHill Avenue, at the south end of the airport has a lovely little restaurant. The Inn itself is just charming. Hotel restaurants also have a feature I love – you can actually talk to each other without the din of noise at most restaurants.

Your friend could call there to inquire about their restaurant, hours, etc.

Otherwise, I’m sure there are many places at South Coast Plaza itself to choose from. She could look at their website and check out listings for breakfast choices…

Hope this helps

Hi Jill,

Here's a message from a good friend who is looking for a "Great Place to have Breakfast" near JWA or South Coast Plaza. I thought you might be able to help. The breakfast places I go to these days are further south. I used to have three favorites in the South Coast Plaza neighborhood but they have all since closed.

I have been asked to suggest a "great place to have breakfast" near the John Wayne Airport or the South Coast Plaza. I thought you might know of a place near the airport.

Can you help me on this?
