Where can I find out what's playing on broadway
City: New York
State: New York
Country: United States
Check websites like playbill.com and if you're young enough to pass for a student, join the "Will Call Club' on studentrush.org (they post free Broadway & Off Broadway tickets every week & you pay $5 for processing via paypal--I was able to see "Baby It's You" 2x for $5 each! I took my Dad to see "Rain: The Beatles Tribute" show last month for $5 a ticket and we got front-row-almost-center seats!! I think it's a seat-filler type thing...) Walk through Times Square the afternoon of the show and collect flyers from theater people, as they usually contain 40% to 50% off rates to the shows. You can also try contacting the theater of the show you want to see to find out their student rush or general rush policy. You might have to get up early (like be in line by 8am latest!) but you'll get $30ish tickets for some awesome shows!
