Depends on your nationality !
If you have a british or european passport you will not need a visa to enter morocco. You get a free three month visa to stay in morocco when you arrive in morocco.
Hallo

a lot will depend on your nationality and how long you intend to stay. Here is a list of countries whose citizens may stay for up to 90 days without a visa:

Algeria - Andorra - Argentina - Australia - Austria - Bahrain - Belgium - Brazil - Bulgaria - Canada - Chile - Republic of Congo - Croatia - Cyprus - Czech Republic - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - France - Germany - Great Britain - Greece - Guinea (Conakry) - Hong Kong - Hungary - Iceland - Indonesia - Ireland - Italy - Ivory Coast - Japan - Kuwait - Latvia - Libya - Liechtenstein - Lithuania - Luxemburg - Mali - Malta - Mexico - Monaco - Netherlands - New Zealand - Niger - Norway - Oman - Peru - Philippines -Poland – Portugal - Puerto Rico - Qatar - Romania - Russian Federation - Saudi Arabia - Senegal - Singapore (Singaporean nationals may stay up to one month without visa) - Slovakia - Slovenia - South Korea - Spain - Sweden - Switzerland - Tunisia - Turkey - United Arab Emirates - United States of America - Venezuela.

If you are in one of those countries then your passport will just be stamped with your visa when you arrive. You must have a passport that will still be valid at the end of your visit and you may be asked to show that you have a return ticket and sufficient funds to cover your visit (but that never happened to me when I was travelling back and forth).

Hope you enjoy the conference.
it depends where are you from.go on google to find the answer because the way you asked ,it s impossible to help you.
