Hola rwc4b!!

In the multi-environments State of Oaxaca, there are several languages spoken, being the main ones Mixteco, Zapoteco, and Mazateco in the mountains bordering the state of Veracruz, but along the costal line is a mixture of spanish and some words in the other nativa languages.
There are also some smaller languages and variations of the thre main ones.
If yu visit this beautifull state you will find lots of pretty handcrafts and native art artifacs, and trust me you will fall in love of the cultures there.
Have a nice travel though my country.

yes,is one of the main dialects there
Zapotec language(s) describes a group of closely related indigenous Mesoamerican languages spoken by the Zapotec people from Mexico's southwestern-central highlands region. Present-day numbers of native speakers are estimated at over half a million, with the majority inhabiting the state of Oaxaca. Zapotec-speaking communities are also found in the neighbouring states of Puebla, and Guerrero. Emigration has also resulted in a number of native Zapotec-speakers residing in the United States, particularly in the state of California.
