real easy, Klong Thom Marke walking distance
When crossing the Yaowarat Road at Thanon Ratchawong - do walk to the first small road (SOI in thai) on your left - and you are already at Sampaeng lane. I'd suggest just take a MOTORCYCLE TAXI there ....
When you reach Yaowarat Road on Ratchawong Road, where the first road is called Sampaeng lane.

Ask someone one on the street. Thai people is very friendly. Speak slow English for the name of the street. They should point you there
Dear
The simple way, if you get lost, you can use TUK TUK, the price is not so much, Do not worry much, if you visit Thailand, you can find the map to the place very easy...
easy ways, just ask someone who live there 99% they will tell you how to get there. enjoy!!
1.) From Klonh Thom proceed to Charaen Krung Rd, on CKR turn right until SAB intersection. Then turn left into Ratchawong RD. As soon as you reach next intersection, which is Ratchawong, Grand China Princess Hotel should be on your right. If not, ask for help. Cross Yaowarat Rd and continue on Ratchawong Rd until second small lane on your left (this is Sampeng Lane). First lane left is Soi Phalitphon.
2.) If you come from Ratchawong Pier (by boat or else), take third opportunity to your right (this again is Sampeng Lane).
1.) is 15 min to walk, 2.) 5 min.
Why not do it the easy way & get yourself a tuk-tuk ?.
It will only cost you 20TB, FOR MORE INFO ...
