hey i am a foreigner but have been staying here for the past two years.
from laoag to vigan is only a couple of hours and u could take partas..
bt for vigan to baguio u should take 5 star if they ply on tat route.. d route is very scenic and the journey is around 5-6 hours
from baguio to clark too i would recommend 5 star.the journey is some 4-5 hours long. the busses stop over at tarlac n they hav all d refreshing facilities there.
Im located at the central of Araneta Center (Cubao) which have a large option for bus terminals or commuting services. Going in anypoint of LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAO as well.

Partas has hourly trips to Baguio and Manila from Laoag as early as 12:00 am and they always go trough Vigan. Laoag terminal contact no: 077 771-1514; Manila: 725-1740/ 725-1756. Sorry, there are no buses from Laoag to Clark but you can get off in Dau. From there you could ask for assistance and direction to Clark.
If your in Laoag, you can ride a tricycle to the terminal and from there you have two options, a non-airconditioned ordinary bus which costs Php100 each or if you can spare Php20 more on your fare I suggest you ride airconditioned bus like PARTAS for a more comfortable ride because it will take 2 1/2 hours to get to Vigan.

Vigan has a sufficient transport system.. there are four Bus Companies operating within its vicinity such as: Philippine Rabbit Bus Line, Dominion Bus Corp., Partas Trans. Co. and Aniceto Transportation. They operate direct bus services from Vigan City to Manila, Baguio, Laoag and other parts of Luzon.

From Baguio City going to Clark, you can take a taxi or jeepney to go to the terminal, you can ride Philippine Rabbit, Genesis Bus, Victory Liner.
I would prefer using Partas going to all locations. however there is no bus directly going to Clark (it's a busy place but go figure!). the buses coming from up north will tell you to get off Dau and from there you can either take a tricycle to take you to a taxi or shuttle terminal in the SM Clark area. the taxi will cost around 300-400 pesos. if you want to economize just tell a shuttle jeep that you want to go to clark and they will charge you 100 pesos instead of the regular fare. thing is you need to wait to fill up the shuttle jeep before it leaves, so if you're not in a hurry you can do this.
hi Luis, Laoag is a small city, you can try Farinas, and small sized buses going to vigan for about two and a half hours more or less, then from vigan, proceeding to baguio will be philippine rabbit. there will be more choices if you transfer to San Fernando or Bauang La union, going baguio, theres victory liner, philippine rabbit and more...
