Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Pedrera, Casa Batllo. And a walk for the old city (Raval-Rambla-Cathedral-Pl. Sant Jaume-Santa Maria del Mar). Enjoy!
Hi, I agree with the first answer but may give you a few more details about each site so to know what to expect:

ANTONI GAUDI and the MODERNISM
The Sagrada Familia is from far the main attraction of the city though this church is still under construction since 1882. Antoni Gaudi was the architect who planned most of it (it was consacrated one week ago by the pope)
The Park Güell was also projected by Antoni Gaudi (1900-1914) and financed by businessman Mr Güell, nowadays it's a place to enjoy fantastic panoramic views and a fantastic and colorful architecture.
Pedrera and Casa Batlló are 2 appartment buildings designed by the same architect for very wealthy families in the early 1900, both can be partly visited as museums, the most comprehensive is the Pedrera.
All those sites can be visited in a whole day but if you have little time you could see them in half a day without entering all the sites.

The OLD CITY of Barcelona is pretty well preserved: The lively Ramblas street with a beautiful market and the Opera, the Gothic Quarter full of charming little squares facing churches of the 14th century, the Cathedral, the trendy Born district ... all of it is walking distance and can be planed in half a day.

I would add a beautiful place to see if you still have time during those 2 days:
MONTJUIC
This place is basically a huge park with the Olympic Stadium, stunning views on the city and port, the Plaza de España with all these beautiful buildings surrounding it.

You have plenty of activities to spend your time here, I didn't mention any of the art galleries we have but if Picasso or Miró are of your interest you may like to know more about their museums.
Hope this information can help you,
Marie Montcourt
